I have HPPD. I also have a few strange symptoms that I've never heard of.
1)Visual Snow resulting from Mephedrone.
2)Time Skip
This one is very strange. I described it in a previous thread.

Its kind of like time taking miniscule steps foward and one miniscule step backwards. So if I am scrolling down a page quickly, the page appears to jump back continuously.
3) Increased Depth Perception
Space seems to be somehow deeper. Things that are two dimensional often appear to gain another dimension. For example, light colored text on a dark colored background appears to be coming off of the page.
Whenever there is a very high definition television with a realistic image, like a newscaster, I get the impression that the person is real. It looks as though they are an actual 3 dimensional person in the room.
I find this interesting coupled with the fact that in the fourth dimension, space would be based off of a tesseract which is like a cube with each of the 6 two dimensional sides gaining another dimension to become cubes.
4. Faces
Also, at certain times peoples faces seem to look strange, like when I am tripping. I've always wondered if other people experience this.
You know when you press your face to the mirror of a medicine cabinet, and your face looks like a whole face made of two of the same halves? It looks like that.
like the left and right images
I feel as though this is strongly related with something i was reading

In 1827 Möbius realized that a fourth dimension would allow a three-dimensional form to be rotated onto its mirror-image
