Hello new here

Hi everyone,

Injured my right shoulder at the glenohumeral joint last fall. Spent a few months in physical therapy to regain lost range of motion. ROM has returned around 90% to what it was proir to my accident in October. However, still having pain deep within the joint. It's aggravated whenever I roll over on it during sleep, do push ups...anything that tends to put weight upon it. Deep aching pain.
I have avoided returning to the DRs office because I've had surgeries for other unrelated injuries and don't want to face the pain if recovery from another one.

Searching for something I can pick up otc ..helps with sleep and non habit forming.
