New here. What do you think/do about/with Zubsolv? I will be starting soon...

I have an extremely low tolerance to ANY amount of Suboxone. It gives me migraines from Hell and other tummy problems. I switched to Zubsolv and my main question is...

Do you hold it under your tongue as long as possible then spit out the saliva (like many including myself do with sub., or do you swallow it all?

Tips/experiences (good and bad)/advice is all welcomed with open arms. I have had hellish experiences with Suboxone so I need to know the ins and outs of this please.

No no no no no... you don't spit any of it out! Sad to say (cause I hate this next part) you're suppose to hold the "zubsolv/suboxone/subutex saliva" in your mouth, around under your tongue for as long as possible. It gets absorbed that way, spitting out the saliva is wasting A LOT of it. You can swallow and will swallow a bit cause it's nearly impossible to hold all that spit in your mouth for so long but don't spit it out if you want it to work.

If you are getting migraines, go to a lower dose, luckily zubsolv has a 1.7 or something pill, a really tiny one that is awesome (the zubsolv > suboxone for sure) but if you still have bad experiences... I switched to methadone cause I couldn't stand Bupe, it only made me feel like 60% better... but whatever each person is different.. hope I helped..

What if you hold the saliva in your mouth and swish it around for 15-20 minutes? I'm experiencing awful stomach issues from Zubsolv.
