NEED SLEEP!! need someone's feedback please

Usually not a fan of mcat as the 1 time I had it I couldn't sleep for 2 days, however my BF got some and as I have a prescription for 10mg diazepam I thought it be fine. I had my last bit of cat at about 5am and then we went to bed at 8 where I took 10mg, then nothing! I've since taken 20mg more and still wide awake! I don't wanna take many more as that's a large does for me thought I take 5-10 a night doe anxiety caused by tramadol prescription. I really have a lot to do today and need some
Sleep so I'm having a shot or two of honey jack I'm just worried how safe that is? I've often had wine or two with 10mg buy 35mg is quite high :/

Doctors must not know limits anymore as I was told they were both, like opiates, breathing inhibitors,,, If anyone knows for sure let me know as Id rather not pull a Heath ledger and just take a quick nap.. bare in mind we did a gram of that filty god knows where it comes from methodrone with it
