Over The Rainbow
I'm a long time lurker (mainly TRs) and finally decided to make an account. This seems like a very tight knit community. My interest include music (any one here make rap music?), poetry, cars, and pretty much anything else you would generalize with a 20-something male. If you guys would like to know more don't hesitate to ask :)

Oh man, I love rap and just a bit of everything I guess. D'ya like Kendrick Lamar or Drake?

p.s. if 'over the rainbow' mean you're in the northern or southern hemisphere?

"Over The Rainbow" is me being a smart ass. Lol. I've put that on a few accounts, and gotten all kinds of really logical theories on it's meaning. I currently reside in WV, though I'm originally from Chicago.

As for Drake and Kendrick, I'm not a huge fan of either. Drake is kind of whiney (with the exception of the last tape he put out) and Kendrick (as dope as he is lyrically) is far to arrogant for me. I do like his music ADHD was my shit, just not him personally. I listen to plethora of thing's to name a few Tech N9ne, Tupac, A$AP Rocky, Twista, Audio Push, Jedi Mind Tricks, Biggie, Meek Mill... Those are just the first few of the top of my head. Lol.

omg, Drake is the funniest + he's got a face for memes I like his music the way I like pop; you can't take it seriously but its catchy. Funny, I actually found his last release to be ridiculously whiney ("riding 'round the 6 with my woes") hahahaha. Lamar, I liked his debut album but i can't dig the latest and it actually really grates me.
I really pick and choose with music. I'm not really dedicated to any set of artists.

I never know what to write in those quotation sections, I mean, who has a personal quote anyways.

MMMMM WV is mmmmmm hmmmm West Virginia? West Vermont maybe. I'm not down with the acronyms of the USA, being an Aussie and all.

Yeah, sadly, that is West Virginia. I detest this place with a passion. I just have to make it through college and I'm gone. Lol.

Drake had a good run on his last tape in my opinion. One of only 2 I can stand (his first was his best). You really can't take a lot of what rappers say serious anymore. They're just in it for the money. It makes for really corny music. They're fun to listen to though. I guess I'm just a purist. Lol.

You're from Australia huh? What's it like there? I've always wanted to visit, but alas never have. What's the job market look like for IT? Maybe that's where I need to live. Lol.

You have a very good point. I don't know anyone with a personal quote. None the less, I commend you on your choice. That was a kick ass movie.

I've heard WV is quite beautiful but i suppose it depends on whether you're a city person or what. Australia is good, there's variety here so you can choose, the big cities are a bit boring though, at least in terms of culture. I like where I am. I live in a cloud on a mountain. There are bushfires that destroy homes in summer and mist and frost at other times.
I;ve not heard any complaints about the job market here for IT. I know a few programmers who seem to feel they will always have work.

What are you studying???

WV (at least where I am) is nothing more than heroine and meth. If you live in this area, you're a junkie or a dealer. There are some very beautiful places in WV, just not around here.

I'm currently studying computer science and network system administration, already attaining 3 certifications. I have a job in my field before even graduating.

How do you prepare for those instances though? It sounds like the weather is rather destructive.
