New here, can I ask a general sourcing question, if Im not asking for specifics?

I saw in a search that sourcing is off limits, but may I ask where I might look to find something locally, if I am not asking for the source itself? Like could I ask where one might look to locate a local source (such as Craigslist)? The place I normally go is getting very dangerous, two people killed last week alone, so would like to know where else I might start my search to find a safer area, esp being a small female. Feel free to pm if you prefer.
