Hey...you and I have something in common. I suffer from severe migraines, and something called "cluster headaches" which aren't headaches, but attacks of blinding head pain, with no know cause or cure. The reason they're called headaches is because pain is located in head...they're very rare. Lost someone I knew, that went home from the ER and killed herself.
Not many Dr.s even heard of them and certainlly don't understand them...this woman, after being told she was exxagerating by the Dr., and most Dr's don't believe you, and say you're making it up, etc...I guess that was one too many times of hearing that for her. She got home from the ER, and told her husband she was going to take a bath...and "have a glass of wine"...which should've tipped him off...alcohol is a trigger for most of us w these. Believe me, we don't want to do anything that will make us go through that...he found her dead in the bathtub. It was devestating to hear about, and frightening.
