New girl looking for help and to give limited advice

Hi everyone, you can call me Nymphette.
I'm in my 20's and a sex worker, I am currently in Thailand and trying to help other girls get off drugs (mainly heroin). I really don't have any drug history of my own apart from a little weed, back in college. So I really don't know how to help them in a successful way.
There really is no official or NGO help available to these girls. Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nymphette, welcome. I saw your post in The Dark Side . Keep checking your thread and you will receive some basic information about the drugs, what to expect when coming off the drug, if you will die, what techniques and aides you can use to ease the pain during the withdrawals, etc.

I'm very happy you found our site, our TDS community will be able to give you a lot of help.
