Hey y'all my name is Stacey and obviously new to the whole bluelight thing :)
My first post ever and it's going to be short and sweet. I'm 24, about to be 25 in two days :) I'm from Kentucky USA and no I'm not a redneck hillbilly lol
I came to bluelight to seek advice and inspiration in hopefully my soon to be recovery. I've been in recovery before and have relapsed a little over a year ago and haven't stopped unfortunately but that's about all I'm going to post about that on this thread but feel free to message me always looking to chat with cool people ;)
 
Hi Stacey...I'm brand new too,from Canada and have been around the recovery scene a few times,,lol,it's great that you're here,looking for inspiration..I'm sure you'll find some...Best wishes...:)

Welcome to the forum from a fellow noob to the both of you, if you need any help staying sober, and your gonna need it, just like I do, don't be strangers.

Wait I didn't make fun of the Canadian. You all are so god damn nice, even though two of the baddest fighters are from your neck of the woods, you're just...nice (so I hear never visited)
 
Welcome to Bluelight, Stacey and happy early birthday (YAY CAPRICORNS =D):) For recovery related stuff you should make a visit to The Dark Side. There are a lot of people there that will be able to help and support you. I wish you all the best and hope to see you around the board more. <3
 
Hi,Stacey !! I'm new too!! I have been on here quite a few times but never wrote or replied to anything!! If I write in the wrong places please forgive me!! I feel very lost right now! I'm addicted to heroin and so badly want help but have no insurance!! I been through heroin withdrawls and am terrified to go through that again! I want to see a doctor and go on suboxen but I'm afraid I will take it at the wrong time again and go into withdrawls!! I am on my own, and am afraid by myself!! I don't know what to do!! I'm really scAred to that!!!

@eileen.ryan67: The Dark Side that spork was talking about earlier in this thread is a great place to post when you are going through rough times.

I'll also link you to a few other threads that might be helpful for timing doses correctly, and going through WDs in general.

That should provide some good starting points, and remember, if you ever just need someone to talk with you can always feel free to PM. Link is in my signature below.
