-This is my first post and I’d like to (eventually) get to an aspect of Buprenorphine that is significant, given my high Benzo-Tolerance so..
let’s MAGA via GABA, make america GABAeric again right? I sure do, as a big time long time benzo addict.
...but Seriously.....I was able to quit a nasty opioid habit- been off opioids for 4 years. My favorites regarding ROA were IV and I loved to smoke my heroin &/or 30mg “roxycodone” pills (oxycodone). About 2-3x a year, i’ll pick up several suboxone tablets and sniff a quarter pill each day as a kind of planned relapse vacation.
-Normally i’m on ~3mg klonopin daily plus a dependency on alcohol to fall asleep, but while on just 2mg of bupe a day- I have zero urge to take any benzo...but i take .5 every other day to maintain a baseline...SO MY REAL QUESTION is- I wonder, is it possible abusing opioids totally masks benzo withdrawal? I always fear that days into a suboxone “vacation” i will seize which is why i remain on a low dose. Would i feel sick before seizures would occur?
