Well let's see.. I'm on a methadone maintenance program though im still using heroin, crack and Xanax.. and whatever else I can get my hands on. I'm looking for help on how to get on when all my veins are shot. I've only been using for about 4 years but in the last 9-12 months I miss 8/10 pills easily and it's so fucking frustrating. I want help on how and where to hit. Not advice on quitting. Thanks but no thanks. Though I am open to any and everyone. Nothing but love my darlings ?

Honestly I don't really have advice on how to shoot if you have no veins, one thing I can tell you is (and I know it sounds weird) that you could try plugging the heroin (like an heroin enema): this method grants you a bioavailability near that of IV but lacks the rush. I tried it many times and I can assure you it is as strong as IV and in my opinion it lasts longer (I use both methods, usually IV because I love the rush but I will gladly take plugging over smoking/snorting).
It can be really hard for someone who takes opioids daily tho, as you're constantly constipated, so if you have a way to empty your bowels I highly suggest you try this and leave your veins alone for a while.
