"Coming Soon - The Drugs of 2003"
Several drug dealers in the UK have been reported to be peddling O-pops; Fentanyl 'lollipops' which, after a few seconds worth of sucking, release huge doses of opiate which have them reeling and blissful within five minutes.
The o-pops resemble a normal lollipop (say a tootsie-pop) and are so far, in the UK at least, still relatively legal. Fentanyl is an artificial painkiller 100 times stronger than morphine. There is a huge demand for these opiate candies in the UK club scene, where bouncers and police frequently conduct surprise raids for ecstasy and other hardcore drugs.
In other drug-related news....
Drug dealers in the know are trying to get their hands on Neptunes, a powerful anti-depressant pill which were banned from commercial release recently. Named after their key ingredient, Amineptine. They are known for causing gentle hallucinations, a quick and perceptible feeling of well being and spontaneous, powerful orgasms.
In the UK, cannabis is expected to be downgraded to a Class-C drug in July 2003. However, the police have already unofficially adopted this policy around the country, giving those caught in possession of less than an eighth of cannabis a verbal warning and confiscation.
Also, the prices of Ecstasy pills in the UK have dropped to an all-time low- One Pound per pill; the American equivalent of $1.54. When a dealer purchases one hundred pills, he pays the incredible price of one hundred pounds total. Amazingly, the quality is consistently above average with a relatively high concentration of MDMA per pill.
anyone heard about this shiite?

My dad had one of those when he was in hospital recently, he said it was really nice, he is in no way a druggie (being late 50's) but said he felt very relaxed and then he fell asleep.
They are most definately illegal in the UK and I would suspect that they will never be widely prescribed enough to really create a market.
If you do come accross them though, dont leave them in one place in your mouth, it will burn your tounge, you have to move it around.

As for the other sections;
There really isnt a great deal of demand for opiates in the clubs of the UK, most clubbers would only really know heroin and wouldnt touch that.
As for pills, most people still pay some where between £2 and £5, yes you can buy 100 for 100 but its not normally that cheap.
I'm sure people on the board will say they can buy 10 for a pound but thats not really representative of ordinary clubbers.

I found out about amineptine about a month after it got taken off the market...I was so pissed...I wanted to try it SO badly.
People were abusing it like crazy when it was legal. There are tons of case reports on medline etc. Women in particular seemed to like the stuff.

Some of our friendly south-of-the-border pharmacies still carry this little treasure. Just a hint.

yeah and Amineptine was also one of the worlds most effective anti-depressants too. Good on the old establishment for shutting damn good medicine down cos of a few drug seekers. Pity about those suicide victims and their families.
However i dont really think its as good as the rumours make out, only a minority of users felt "high" or euphoric according to medical data, most only felt happy and upbeat. Orgasms due to drugs arent really desirable in most settings, they are rather embarassing. U dont see people popping viagra or yohimbine in the club do u?
its in the responisble parents good drug guide to mood-boosters for all the family on hedweb. Dont have the link sorry, but some1 might know it.
I think the 2c drugs are bigger candidates than any of these.

An Anti-Depressant that, instead of reducing ones libido or not working that well (insomnia, irritability, etc) - was really effective, made users euphoric (probalby an exageration) and caused or enhanced orgasms? I dont understand why this would be banned...
I know women who are depressed and cant O because of the meds their on....thats fucking bullshit.

those neptunes surely seem pleasant :) I'd like to get my hands on some of these.
I'd also like to see some meth over here, not very frequently 'cos meth addiction doesn't seem like a pleasant thing, but I'd like to buy a gram once in a while.
And I'd like to see some peyote around, as well...

Not just women, paxil really made it hard to orgasm. Even keeping a hardon was difficult.
But the posotive efects gratly out weighed the bad effects.

Ok, I got ahold of some Survector pills (Amineptine 100mg) a.k.a. neptunes, I understand these are tricyclics, and I dont know much about them, are they similar to benzos or do I need to take them over a period of time for them to start working like SSRI's? can I mix them with alcohol and/or other SNC depressants, which setting , possible drug combinatiosn and dose would you reccomend, etc?
thanks for the info
