Hi All,
Not logged on for a while but came to read about opinions on the new drug-driving laws that come in to force on Monday 2nd March 2015, but couldn't find a thread in this sub-forum about it.
I don't fully understand why they have decided to opt for the 6 specific benzodiazepines and not other benzos (Alprazolam/Nitrazepam) or even the Z drugs (Zopiclone/Zolpidem) - does anybody know the answer to this?
I also don't understand why they have delayed the inclusion of Amphetamine if they're going to permit it the same privilege of a medical-prescription defence as some of the other drugs? Why has that been singled out for review?
