Opioids New doctors appointment tomorrow at 2 need some advice please oc and xanex

I have snorted a large amount due to a ridiculously shity day at work of oc about 2 80s and a bar of xanex today and early this evening I was reminded by my very awesome girl that I have a doctors appointment tomorrow with a new physician and was wondering if the doc could tell I have been using by a simple check up shit iImight even just have to talk with him, I dunno but I imagine its going to a pretty straight forward standard check up, I m 20 so he is not gonna be digging in my ass at least not on the first visit and I am pretty sure there not gonna check my urine (they have told me before that they do not test for drugs) when they have taken my urine and that has only happen when I've gone for being really sick say to the hospital, so I am planing on a hot shower lots of steam in the nose, rinsing it out Q-tips and AFRIN!(which I am hoping clears anything up, but I do not really know what is on the market for my inquiry so I am going to do the best I can but I really do not know when he can see? can he look into my sinus with that little device they use any other things I need to worry about will there be a revisor of filler and binders white goop just sitting there and he (a pretty well known doctor supposed to be good) be like wtf I am just not trying to screw this up anymore then i probably have had I really want a good doctor and have finally accumulated what i think is a large amount of subs and xanex for upcoming detox in just under a month something I have done before in order to be more progressive during the part time classes i take and more productive during work but if shit gets weird im just gonna walk out but he knows my mother and yadayadayada, i have not decide weather im going to take half an 80 or 8mg sub to keep me looking normal or not sick prolly with the sub so my pupils react the way they are supposed to advice on that would be helpful also I have looked to bluelight many times for help but this is the first time of asked for it thank you guys my period button is broken and i just woke up from nap so i know i screwed up on the grammar please so help would be really appreciated again thanks for listening and yea help if u can please if i violated some sort of bl rule or guideline let me know asap so i can rephrase my question
 
He might notice your pupils not reacting right with either the buprenorphine ( sub ) or the oxycodone, they will both cause miosis. Are you going to be sick from lack of opiates by the time you go in to see him? If not don't take any opiates. If so, dose just enough to make you well. As far as urine, who knows, ime usually doctors don't give UA screens the first time you see them unless you're going to a suboxone doc, a pain management doc, or are acting like a drug seeker.
 
well its not particularly good for your health snorting a bunch of oc and xanex so I am sure he wouldn't like that and I terminated a relationship with a therapist months ago because of my mom talking to him and him to her and that shit was not cool, I would love to find my own doctor but this one came so highly referred to my mom from one of her good friends so I figure what the hell ill check it out, I really want I good md anyways so i wouldn't want to taint my relationship at the beginning of a possible relationship who knows maybe he is a trust worthy guy, but i dont know any of that yet so i just wanna make sure I am cool for tomorrow, you wouldn't know i was high unless i told u or i was like blitz of lots of drugs so maybe ill take half a sub and that should keep down any withdraw symptoms so he dose not think i have a fever i think the only way he would know is if he saw all this goop in my nose cavity and i dont know if thats even possible i guess THATS THE MAIN QUESTION IM ASKING will q tips, hot water, steam, and afrin help any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated such as drugs, or anything otc, stuff from the drug store or EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY anything else u think may tip him off, however i think my general appearance will give no away no drug use beside the fact i smoke cigarettes very sparsely but spliffs mostly not every day tho or only late at night if I have class or school to deal wiht I have a medical marijuana prescription and ill bring up if he ask thanks guys a really appreciate any feedback sorry for the long difficult read because of shity grammer but yea again thanks
