Hiya Radiation_Doc - and welcome to Bluelight.

Don't worry, no one will be sourcing for meds because it's against the rules, known as BLUA (Bluelight User Agreement).

As Captain.Herion says, please feel free to ask any questions that you may have re the site.

If you have not already looked, please feel free to look at the above stickies; one thread is titled; The Adoption Programme in which current members adopt (befriend) new members to help them settle into the site. This include sending PMs to check that you are ok, answering questions you may have and so forth. If you are interest, please check out the thread and reply with a post saying that you are interested, giving brief details with your interests associated with joining the site and someone will adopt you.
