New decade resolutions

^ Aye mate, sounds like good advise. I've heard quite a few people mention something called cognitive behaviour therapy, which apparently has great results for long term anxiety rather than just plastering over the problem in the short term with benzos or some other downer.

As for resolutions, I reckon cutting down on the bi/weekly poppy pod tea would be a fine idea, to let tolerance drop and appreciation rise.

I notice ketamine made it into quite a few of your resolutions. K-holing is another one that's defo gonna have to stop, as it's pretty hard to actually get there and it's getting a bit expensive. I remember thinking ketamine was such an economically friendly drug lol, I remember a couple of years back making a gram last a month of daily use! 30mg line before bed was what I always went for, replacement for weed as anxiety issues started to rise from bedtime spliffs. The entire month those 30mg lines always felt equally as strong. Then I discovered k-holing. Now £15 for what is essentially 45mins of mind bending fun doesn't really seem to make the same financial sense =D

I'm hoping to experiment a bit more with acid and DMT, meet hyperspace elves and learn the true meaning of everything.... only to forget it on the comedown :p Oh and like everyone else has said, track down some real mccoy MD!

1) stay off the smokes - been off them just over 4 months now [was previously a 20 a day man for the better part of the last 20 yrs]
2) finish my Masters thesis
3) continue with gym in order to achieve the body goals set
4) stop buying shit coke in the hope that the quality has to improve eventually!
5) find MDMA and reconnect with that vibe that has been missing the last 18 months
..... think that's enought to be getting on with for now!

get my health back on track
get my mental health back on track (anxiety and deprsesion)
Give up smoking (pretty much done :))
Seriously cut down my drug usage

Esp when accomianied by fuck off bladder pain from doing a load of ket in at once. The days when a gram lasted weekss are well gone these days, lucky if it lasts hours never mind anything else

Thats what I mean, hes blaming drug use for the anxiety, which I disagree with.

Drug use is known to cause anxiety. It might not be the sole reason for it but definitely a major contributor. Lay off the drugs, get fit and healthy, a change of scenery and you'll be amazed how much better you can feel.

I agree, but I'd say in his case he's so anxious to begin with thats the problem. Drugs will probably make that alot worse!

Sorry to hear that. But remember it's just a feeling - try and change it to something else, jump up and down right now - it may temporary shift you from that "state".

Do you know what I mean?

give up the ciggies but as i just bought a brick this might be so difficult...temptation is so hard to avoid...i've only smoked 10 this week, but its giving me headaches... :( or maybe its the jet lag..

My new decade resolution is to do a lot more drugs. I haven't been doing enough.
