i found that all of the CWE videos to all have one problem or another and i never found a video on how to CWE that either showed all the steps or used the right amount of water.

i made this video on how to do it. my 1st video i ever made

cool that you are trying to make HR reduction info available. but this is well covered. and there is no question in this thread. maybe post the link in the CWE megathread.
