New bill up, banning "bath salts"-US

4-fa is my new favorite, hopefully greedy assholes won't ruin that drug too. It is way cheaper than Adderall and produces much of the same effects (I'm using it as a cognitive performance enhancer)

I'm surprised there was no mention of MDAI
or any of the cannabinoids.

Yeah nobody of newsworthy significance seems to be using or popularizing MDAI so why this one was added to the list is not making sense.

I don't care for cannabinoids, and frankly JWH is tons less healthy than pot, so I'm not too heartbroken about those getting banned, people should smoke the real thing as it is much safer.

They will. It is going to be the last "real" stim available after 4-mmc and mdpv are gone. The people marketing this shit certainly don't care if they get it scheduled if they have a 6-18 month window to get rich in the process. It has already ballooned dramatically in popularity. It isn't a new drug it has been on the market for years but now the same people selling MDPV/4-mmc are stocking it. I wouldn't be surprised if it is already the active in some of the "bath salts" being sold.

You know what, Girlygrrl got my intrestet today when she mentioned 4-fa, so I did some research on it and other RCs, and I noticed that they already have analouges that are similar to mephedrone and such and it made me think, can they (they being the legislative branch of the government) just keep doing sweeping bans on these chemicals quicker than they can be synthesized, marketted, and profitted upon?

Damn, I guess I better stock up...it really does bother me that greedy people don't care about killing uniformed kids to get rich, and don't care about keeping the scene underground.

whats wrong with pharm speed?
widely available/easy to purchase (i dont even mean getting your own script) and cheap.

What are you talking about? The bill names a ton of cannabinoids.

Care to provide proof of your extensive studies? The way you posted most people would think you've done years of research personally. I don't think you have. Fuck off.

I think you misinterpreted what Laika was actually saying.

And whatever dude, just search here on BL, people posting about their OD's on JWH causing heart attacks, psychosis, etc. Not gov't propoganda but other BLers with personal experience.

Besides that I know a few people personally who have gone thru hellish withdrawal symptoms.

There's no way you're going to convince me that JWH has the safety profile of real cannabis.

Hey now, I like both Girlygirl and Networks post. I always have.

My personal "opinion" on synthetic cannabinoids is the same as with what happened when LSD was released into society. A mega potent psychedelic (and in this case cannabinoid) reaching the masses and causing all kinds of reactions, some good and some bad. But we learned LSD did not cause chromosome damage or other purported ailments in most people.

I do not use any cannabinoid regularly, and when I do I mostly reach for the green. Yet leading up to a pre employment drug test I did smoke a milligram of 018 here and there. 1 milligram got me high, in almost the same way as weed. No bad effects. While I do not know anything of K2, or anything else. the 018, in modest quantities, seemed benign. I read about the same problems associated with both weed and 018 as similar. Yet there is nothing concrete, and people can post how LSD (or jwh-018 )ruined their life as well and others would just shake their heads not experiencing anything scary. Maybe the large amounts are to blame, who knows, but it's all speculation by BLers, nothing more.

If anything mephedrone scares me. I will never touch it (too old) and I won't know what I am missing. But even there it's speculation on my part. I see regular users on here just fine, while others complain of a damaged heart. Nothing concrete.

I do think the law can ban anything they want, and 10 more replacements will come out.

Oh and although I don't use anything much these days, especially anything listed in that list above, I believe nothing should be banned.

OK show me a thread where a person says something like "I went to the doctor and he confirmed that JWH-XXX caused a blockage in an artery in my heart and I had heart tissue die, which is known as a heart attack."... Tachycardia<>heart attack, cardiac arrest, which hasn't happened to anyone I've seen, <>heart attack. Look at alllllll of these symptoms of people that have used it too much, it's all the same as people who have smoked too much bud. And guess what, bud causes withdrawal too. Withdrawal can happen with fucking chocolate, dude. If you give some chocolate addict one of those opiate blocking drugs (can't remember the name of it, it's for overdose)then they don't like chocolate. Everything is a "drug", you can have withdrawal from anything.

^ I wasn't talking about the bill, I was talking about the 6 chemicals that New Jersey just outlawed.
