New. Benzo after heroin

Ok so basically I'm hanging out with my girl tonight and she had 2, 2mg xanax bars. I smoked about a .15 to .25 dose of black tar at around 11pm, at around 1 I took a small dose of alprazolam(about .25 mg to .5mg. It's a very low dose and I only feel enough to just feel a little euphoric and calm. I don't usually nod on heroin, I get more of an uppity euphoric effect from it. The only reason I'm concerned is my tolerance to heroin is pretty hefty for the doses I take a few times a week, but I'm kinda seeing double and actually beginning to nod (just a little bit but I can snap out of it. Now I'm not worried about nodding on heroin alone, just the face I'm feeling all noddy an hour after the small xanax dose. I don't feel like my heart rate is altered at all and my breathing is lighter than normal but nothing i don't think I should be worried about. After some small research I found out this is a DANGEROUS combo and I'm kind of worried now. I know I should've researched before dosing but I didn't really even think till I started nodding a tad bit progressively

It's going on 3 am. Four hours after heroin dose and about two for the benzodiazepines

If you didn't go overboard and out of your tolerance range, you should be okay.

Just chill till you feel comfortable enough to go to sleep.

It's a real paranoid feeling I know. It happens.

I'm all good. Slept like a rock and woke up feeling fine. I just didn't know even the smallest amount of xanax at like .25 to .5mg would make you go from feeling buzzed off the opiates to barely able to see straight of coherenty

Luckily you learnt a lesson about mixing heroin and benzos without coming to any harm.
At least you now know for the future what can happen when the two are mixed.

ya man benzos and opiates.. thats what people do on methdone alot mix the two, they STUPID nod. I personally hate nod its useless, all of my opiate usage years back was always just for the euphoria everything is just dumb!
