New and don't know where to begin

Since I'm using my phone I'm stuck on the watered down mobile version and everything seems so unorganized and nonsensical. My question is: if I wanted to start a new post for people to discuss certain withdraw recipes or remedies, specifically for opiates/oxycodone, where would I go to post this. And what type of terminology and perspective (ie me, I, swim, or a friend of mine, etc) should I use or avoid

You should and can only use "me". Opiates are mainly discussed in Other Drugs, and withdrawals in Sober Living.
