Never mind...

Have u spoken to her at all? Its the holidays and maybe its a good time to reconnect etc.

Jules,

It is hard when you have a disability n your family are "perfect" n it feels like your parents are favouring the other over you n you can't understand why. Been there. Have you ever talked to your mam over this? I had a similar convo with my mam after the break up of my ex. Turned out that my mam felt that I didn't want to be with her, I was too "independent." Maybe your mam felt guilty? A lot of mams feel guilty when their child has a disability - they think it's somehow their fault n so lash out (irrational yes, but it happens). I used to think my mam hated me n preferred my brothers but wasn't the case.
Your best bet would be to talk to your sister or even write her a letter. I'm sure she loves you too for THE WAY YOU ARE!!!
Don't worry about being drunk n writing stuff - we all do it.
Oh n some of the smartest people have learning disabilities. Look at Richard Branson. (I mhad two exes with something called aspergers n they were very smart dispite everything). Plus weren't you a nurse?
Why do you wish to you more like your sister? Why not learn to like YOU? You come across as intelligent n you seem to care for people who have been through stuff like suboxone withdrawal. You need to learn to love you.

Evey
