Neurotoxicity

Does anyone else ever worry about neurotoxicity? I take mostly DXM and alcohol, both neurotoxins, and I worry sometimes about the damage I may be doing. I try to temper my dosing but I'm not sure how it's working out.

If your worried then the logical thing to do is to stop.
