neurotoxicity and finger lenght

^^ I'll save you the trouble; there's absolutely no mention of fingers. :-)

It's extremely unlikely there could be a direction connection (where your serotonin transporter genes affected how long your fingers grow.) There are 'gene linkages', which is simply when two genes are on the same chromosome, so when a person has X gene they usually have Y gene as well, but it's a matter of tendencies, not absolutes. (So if there's a linkage, you could say that people with trait X are more likely to also have trait Y.)

Still, in the absence of new information, I have to believe this mystery magazine article was either misunderstood or just full of crap from the start.

Thanks, I figured. fingers and seretonin genes being linked just seems too far fetched.

OK, so gullible now is it...

Nice, the next time i see something of potential interest for MDMA users, maybe ill just shut up and let the eternal debates on "loss of magic", "how to get my dick up on E" and "the best drug mix" runt their course here uninterrupted.

Anyway, the mag states Dr Roiser at Cambridge as the source. I googled the internet but didnt find any article of his backing it.
However, there are stuff discussing relations between fingerl lenght and derpression/agressive behaviour in general.

Im sure there is more to be found on the subject.

I was actually refering to people who believe that the ability to lick your own elbow makes you immune to cancer were gullible.

My middle fingers are *significantly* longer.

I don't know about neurotoxicty but I am EXTREMELY resistant to addiction.

Me too. Weeeeeeird.... Let's do some drugs together and bitch about women's pants! :)

And I can lick my elbow. But i'm pretty sure I'm not immune to cancer as it runs in my family. HA! I just disproved a scientific study! You did link a study, sourlemone, didn't you? :D:D:D And being pretty sure of something is empirical evidence... :)

those must be some short arms 8o there goes my joke, I thought it was impossible to lick your elbows. Do you have a scientific study to back up your outrageous claims, miss kitty? Anecdotal evidence just doesn't cut it i'm afraid ;)

Who hear can do this amazing feat?

stand on one leg, grab and hold the other leg in front of the one leg ur standing on it...then try jump through the leg ur holding. Not many can do this...I can...Im special.

I read in NewScientist that longer middle fingers are the result of higher levels of testosterone present in the womb during pregnancy.

Which is where the thing about penis length comes from, although NewScientist said that it doesn't actually translate as such.
