As we have a few interested in these subjects, I thought I'd inform that Nature publications has offered the Jan 08 edition (vol 33 issue 2) of Neuropsychopharmacology for free.

There's a few articles that might be of interest, but one in particular:

Assessment of Cognitive Brain Function in Ecstasy Users and Contributions of Other Drugs of Abuse: Results from an fMRI Study

very interesting..

'Use of ecstasy had no effect on working memory and attention, but drug use was associated with reduced associative memory performance.'

Which is then followed by 'Multiple regression analysis showed that associative memory performance was affected by amphetamine much more than by ecstasy.'

This means that testing your pills has become more imperative then ever if you wanna keep your wits with you.
