Should I see my primary and get a referral to a neurologist? What are they going to look at and be able to tell me. Can they do scans on my brain and see what i'm lacking?

Maybe explain this light, almost like a mild body high feeling, all day everyday, feeling like everything is just not quiet real?

Not that intense anymore. It just feels like my legs are floating when im laying down, and my head just feels very light, and sometimes i feel like im looking behind glass, something is just off.

But its not an out of body experience or anything. Just off and light is the only way I can describe it. Do you think a neurologist could tell me whats going on?

^^if it feels like your like 'in a dream' it could just be depression.

thats how i used to feel, then i got diagnosed manic depressive and they gave me SSRI's now i feel a tad better.

Of course go to your Primary care physician first and get a referral from them if they think you need one. Since theres no real help we can give you except repeatedly reiterate that you should see a physician and go from there like we have done many times im going to close this up.
