Hey guys. F28. I've been lurking on and off for a long time (since ~2004? as psybeebee and since 2011 as psyx) but I really haven't had a good lurk in a few years, so I consider myself "new". I'm introducing myself to say hi, and to open up to connection with like-minds.
I am extremely interested in the neuropharmacology of psychedelics, although I seldom am able to ingest them these days and I am really at square one with my knowledge on their neural mechanisms (basic understanding of signal theory is the extent of it). Also very interested in lucid dreaming, although that puzzle is a little more tricky to go about investigating. I have been practising on and off for about five years now and have found that dedicated practice is just as interesting as tripping, in different ways.
Hopefully I can educate myself a little more on here whilst on uni holidays (finishing undergrad in four months, unsure where to next...). All suggestions for good reads are welcomed
