Hey hopefully I'm not breaking any rules with this question
I have had a past with ritalin. Snorted, popped, smoked, IVed..
I don't use it that often now days, but I'm trying to finish this track I'm working on, and I am finding that this tic is getting in my way. Every time I use ritalin since like a year or two ago I get this thing where i have to close my eyes and blink constantly and try to close them really hard. it's like they itch but they don't, i just have to do it with my eyes and it gets in the way of any conversations or things I'm working on because i stop thinking when i do it. is this a conscious thing or like some kind of brain damage?
Is there something i could ingest, or do consciously to make this stop? it seems like it come later in the experience but before the crash starts. i find myself doing it sometimes lately when i haven't even had any stims or anything.. well maybe the coffee... or the nicotine.. I just don't know what it is, and couldn't find any info so if someone had any relevant stories or information it would really help me right now
