Hi all, first post in this subforum.

I won't go into too much detail. If you want more info, I will be happy to provide.

A year and a half ago I suffered severe nerve damage (neuropathy) in the right leg. Excruciatingly painful, motor loss, sensory loss, power loss. I used to work long hours and long days in a restaurant.
No discernable cause, say doctors, neurologists, ..
18 months, surgery, movement therapy, proprioceptive shoes, and myofascial trigger point therapy later I felt back to me again.
2weeks later, no discernable cause, I suffer mild sensory loss in the thumb, and progresively more power loss in the whole of my (right) arm.

dafuq is happening ? I have severely changed the way I live (diet, exercise, sleeping pattern, posture)

I feel the universe is showing me something and I am blocking myself from realising it. Please come forward if you have relevant info, or a similar experience.

Hi OP, if I understand correctly, the doctors where not able to diagnose the cause of your condition am I correct? This would mean that your condition is "idiopathic."

What I have read is that Neuropathy could be cause by physical trauma, repetitive injury, infection, metabolic problems and exposure to toxins and some drugs. I would suggest for you to go back to the doctors to get tested one more time of the possible tests you can go into all the possible tests again just to make sure that they are not missing anything.

It may also be possible that there is some type of vitamin deficiency so what I would suggest is to load yourself up with supplements such as multivatimin and vitamin c and magnesium. Also to, sometimes this may be something that you have inherited since birth. Do you have any family history of neuropathy? If so then this might be the case and you just have to find ways on how to cope with it.

If all else fails you may want to try the Acupuncture treatment to see if this will help with your condition. Goodluck op and report back to us of the results.
