I've noticed the few times I've ever rolled having a strong negative reaction to the color red. red blaring or flashing lights triggers a lot of anxiety for me - is there anymore else who has experienced this? with red or other colors?

Hmm strange, usually I enjoy all colors while being high haha. Although I do remember a time when I was on LSD for the first time the whole room turned red and it freaked me out for a bit..I also had a flashback ones while being high on nitrous oxide and the same thing happened with the whole room turning red and me being freaked out for a minute but it didn't last. Sometimes I don't like looking at strobe or flashing lights for a long time because it messes with my eyes after a bit, especially while rolling.

Well seeing the color red, especially when flashing tends to cause very slight panic responses subconciously in most people.
Think of the associations society has made around red, stop signs, no entry signs, police lights.
I bet its simply that reaction exacerbated by the MDMA

That and every other color under the rainbow and in it to. To quote a friend "It' such rich pastels man" with that in mind it was not on an MDMA experience he was describing but MDMA sure does make colors more vivid, memory not so much, but colors vivid and more startling! Now it's time for this old timer to empty his piss pot, stretch his arthritic legs, take his night time tablets and go nighty night.
