Just stole ten tramadols and a few strips of nefopam as thy robbed my tablets before.
I know nefopam gives energy and potentiates Opiiates is it recreational?;
Also switching from forty mg.oxy to dihydrocodeine will this be a rough switch I get seventy mgmmethadone I want oxy bout my life
 
Nefopam has a totally different mechanism of action to opioids so I wouldn't hold out any hope.

And who you nicking this shit from man? Come on... just for ten caps of tramadol and a non-opioid?

DHC likely won't touch you if you have an oxy and methadone tolerance.
