needles otc in jersey?

k so i got a needle card from the exchange, the problem is the exchange is about 2 hours away from me and i dont have a car, you guys think a pharmacy would be able to get me rigs if i showed them the card and explained my situation or would it just be a lost cause? im in real need of em now, thanks.

are they normally OTC in your state? if not, then I doubt that will work.
