I went to the exchange to find a dope hookup. It was near closing time and finally after waiting outside I catch a woman coming out carrying 8 100 count boxes of needles. I asked if she could help me and we talked for an hour and a half about out lives and usage while she waited to meet her one overly paranoid connection she buys from almost every day., She left her massive bag of new needles with me as trust that she wouldn't run off, So I met a friend with a good connect the second time Overall great place for all your drug buy/sell/trade needs, and the staff doesn't make too much of a hassle out of it and turns a blind eye.

Awesome man. I mean if that's what you want to do is use dope - I'm pretty happy I haven't used it in over a year. However lol that's nice to get 800 ct needles as collateral HAHA!
But it is good to make friends, take care man and enjoy the dope.

I called them yesterday and they said they dont do that anymore.. only HIV/AIDS prevention or some stupid shit. they gave me a phone number to the nearest exchange and its an hour away.

Yeah I only bought a bundle and did 3 possily 4 two nights ago and 2 last night Now I feel fine and have no urge to do more. I think I dropped one bag somewhere and hopefully I'll find it because I have 4 stahed somewhere else which I won't use for another couple days. I am cheating a bit here but I know I can't go all out and get back on heroin daily again, having the bupe and being able to hop back on is nice to know I always have instead of needing another hit.

This is fine man but if you want something better in life that's not the way to get there. I've been on bupe 3 years and i've messed up a few times but i always try and make sure that i'm headed forward and reducing my dose and making those relapses further and further apart.
Buprenorphine is an amazing substance and has saved my life in ways i can't even explain, but the truth is that you can't continue doing heroin and live a successful life. I seriously am not trying to be condescending or anything, i just try and share any wisdom that only comes with time. (Even though everyone knows it has to be learned personally)
Note: canadadrugs.com does have by far the cheapest BD syringes but it takes 10-14 days to get anywhere in the US. Just a heads up.

The last time I went to an exchange the woman at first refused to serve me because I said I was going for a friend, and then when I convince her they were for me she would only give me three syringes and three needles. Talk about being stingy!

I don't consider it cheating because you're still planning on quitting all together, which is a good thing. I don't think of it as "cheating", just relapsing (if you say screw Suboxone and get on H all over again which doesn't appear to be the case). When I started using Suboxone I switched between H and it a lot before I finally settled on Suboxone.

If you go to an exchange program does the "get out of jail free" card only apply to the state the program is in? I am in NJ and was thinking of going to one of the exchanges in NY because they are open later and aren't all in shady areas. It's easier to get around in NY than it is to go up to Newark or Paterson for me but do I need to go to one of those in order for it to be legal for me to possess syringes in NJ?

Here in Australia our exchanges and NSP's(Needle and syringe programs) are great and can prvide most anything you need. I used to travel to Sydney on the traid to get micron filters because I was dumb enough to not ask my local because I didnt think they'd stock them, afterall theyre micron filters, something not many people need here in Australia, especially in my fairly small town(small compared to Sydney) but I asked my local NSP and yep, theyve got 3 different kinds of micron filters. 1 for methadone filtering, 1 that gets some bacteria and most of the particulates out, this one is mostly used for cleaning street drugs or doing your first filter with pills and then another one with smaller pores that gets all the bacteria out and all the shit out of pills. They are Brown, Red and Blue respectively, the blue and red might be m,ixed up cant remember. but the place also stocks any sized needle or syringe you could want, bio-hazard bins for your used fits, fitpacks and everything is free if its open otherwise theres a vending machine(which are also located at most hospitals in australia)out the front. fitpacks contain water, 5 Syinges
10 alcohol wabs and a little compartment to dispose of your equipment in the very box that contains everything. These cost $4. But when its open Monday, wednesday and friday everything is free and they encourage you to get more than you need rather than maybe getting less and giving someone the chance of sharing with someone out of desperation. Theyre always really nice too, at every single NSP ive been to, theyre cunts at my methadone clinic though :/
I feel sorry for some of you Americans that dont get the free stuff we do and I cant believe its even illega in some states to aquire needles, thats shocking, surely the people making it illegal can see that its only helping spread disease, I guess they just dont care about IDU's(Intra-venous drug users). Sad I think.

That's damn lucky, the ones here are good but no microns. I gotta order some, I'll be putting together an order from that site C.H. recommended since the guy I ordered 5 from was out of stock of the .20s. Take hand fulls of those microns they are like $5 a piece.

The Card will only help you out in the state it is issued.
I leave the state to go to an exchange, and have an exchange card. If I'm caught with only clean needles and no drugs I'm let off in the state of the exchange only. However, the only other state I go to (my home state), you are legally allowed to possess insulin syringes past age 18. So, as long as they are clean, they'll let me go. Having dirty syringes anywhere is "possession of paraphanilia" technically.
So really you should be fine if you have the card but only have them on you in the state you have the card, unless you're crossing the border into a needle friendly state (no RX is prescribed).
Yeah, Aus seems like a much friendlier place to IDU's. The states suck man. However I can still take a day off to go visit the exchange, and the state I live in allows individuals 18+ to possess clean insulin syringes. The state has asked pharmacists to sell them when people ask for them (even if they're not a diabetic) though not all of the pharmacists here give 2 shits about people's health, or the society they live in.
Since it was just Xmas, hopefully this next week the exchange will be open.
LOL If I went to the exchange you went to ketaman, and they said "take more than you need" I'd ask for 1000 + syringes. Do they really give out that many at a time there?
Syringe Filter, Whatman, 20u, Sterile. - $5/ea (I currrently use one of these micron filters and the solution has lasted me a week thus far, I'll see how much longer it lasts).
If you're getting the 0.45's then go through this site, they're $3.75 a piece instead of $5/ea for the 0.2's and 0.45's at the first website I linked above.

My new friend/recent connect I met who exchanged 800-1000 needles just goes every few months with them and swaps. I;ve gone three times, each time I get 20 more than I can with. They will give you 20 for free without dropping anything and I usually drop some and ask for the extra 20 so I keep building up my supply since I switch between using their 28 Gs and buying 31Gs at the pharmacy so I keeo getting more and more. I wish they had 31G, when I went today the guy said that they didn't have them for me yet implying they were going to get some.
C.H.- I got my 10 pack of 10ml luer lock syringes with the plastic cannula tips for $8 shipped on ebay. At the exchange I found out they have 3ml luer lock syringes with 22g 1.5" needles plus 1ml syringes with 1" 25g needles that are luer lock but it slides onto the 1ml syringe which itself does not have a luer, so I'm going to use those needles with my 10mls.
Now I have a question about how you store your filtered solution, how do you keep it sterile if it is constantly being opened and reused? I was originally going to get resealable vials/media bottles but that concerns me. If you get the sterile sealed ones what does the top look like and how does it work? I know you need the needles to fill them but how do you fill them and extract solution if they are air tight? Are they vaccumm sealed? How many times can you draw fluid out of them before breaking the sterile seal? I think I would want to go with the vial route and make my solution batch and put it into 5 or so sterile vials that I could use for 4-7 days each if that would work. I am hesitant on using one big bottle that could easily get bacteria and other contaminants in it every time it is open to the air.
