Needing more than 2 hits of acid to trip?

Ok so acid is hard to find for me, but my guy is getting some next week. It's probably not going to be all that great. Last time I tried 1 hit but didn't trip, but apparently it was a decent batch (a few people said that) and another person I know says it took him 3 hits to trip, 2 hits didn't work. He has a natural tolerance to drugs and so do I, I always have to pop 2 rolls or else I don't roll at all.

yea man, i ate two hits of some crazy hippie acid i got at a music festival, and had blackouts. took 3 ours to come on. becareful, acid is one of the most unpredictable drugs out there.

**EDIT** I was actually hippieflipping, i ate an 8th of mushrooms with it. forgot that detail.
 
It totally depends on the batch. I've had some stuff where two hits was just enough to get me where I wanted to be, and I've had some stuff where four hits barely had me hallucinating.

1. 3 hours to come on? Wasn't LSD. Likely a DOx chemical sold as LSD.
2. Hippieflipping is mushrooms and MDMA combined, just sayin' ;)
 
Do you mean three hours to peak or three hours before you felt anything? Acid has an extremely long come up for me, about three hours to peak sounds about right to me. But I alwaaaays at least start to feel something in half-hour (with blotter), so if you didn't feel anything at all for three hours, that would be weird...
 
If you need 2 hits to "trip" then that's kind of normal, sounds like medium dosed 100ug hits to me.
 
Well theres many acid analauges, some even stronger than LSD-25 itself, PRO-LAD ETH-LAD are examples of one....If u take LSD on a weekly basis u will have a tollerence....Some of the stuff going around the street is micd 75 or even lower... one tab u will still feel a slight lightness feeling iguess, but u most likely wont get the desired effect....If two tabs aint working, just dont waste ur time with this guy, sounds like badly treated acid,low dose, or an RC...even if its hard to get cid in ur town wait for the good one to find u...

3 hours to come up ....ehh no not acid...i guess a smalll small chance, cuz everyone is different...but acid u should feel in an hour, peak about 1 1/2 to 2 hours..but deff not 3..... DOx, but those the DOx's last a very very long time not too enjoyable...its just there

It seems people have a different definition of when you are tripping, some call threshold feeling it tripping and other mean they have a full-on +++

2 hits should get you to a ++ in my opinion, if not then it's indeed mighty weak. According to test results of the US that I've seen the average hit is significantly lower than the theoretical 100 ug average it should be. Blame degradation or people making money, I don't know.

It explains why people talk about eating a ten-strip more like it's 400-500 real micrograms total and not 1 mg.

Everything depends on the people you know, the circles you are in - what you can get. I guess I have been lucky with my hookups and I live in a country where shit gets tested. It raises standards, the MDMA standard here in the Netherlands is very high as well.
IME once you get to know people with high standards they will only interact with others upholding similar standards.
 
If you have 100 microgram doses, you should DEFINITELY feel one. 2 should be enough for a good trip. 4-5 should be enough for a nice steal-your-face fry.

It's likely you just have weaker stuff...probably <50ug if you felt NOTHING from one

Dude, lots of stuff going around is even lower than that... i used to think 100ug was 200ug because paper is so fucking weak (or at least it was - its getting more saturated)

now that i'm experienced, i like to take as much as i can usually. but my first trip was on 100-150mcg and i had an amazing amazing time.

In general

2 hits is enough for psychedelic effects to be felt, but to go on a 'trip' it usually takes me 3 or more hits taken all at once.
 
I never had a weak LSD trip and the most I took once was 2 microdots. (including a gr of dxm). The weakest LSD I ever had was actually PRO-LAD. Two hits wasn't enough.
 
Oh and 1 more question, could I do it on a school night? Like drop at 10 pm and then go to school? Would this be bad because it might be something I will worry about during the trip?
 
totally depends on the strength of the liquid they dipped in, if it was extremely weak liquid it could take 10...
