Don't take 5HTP, that'll make it worse long term.
How much did you roll? I went through a phase of rolling once a week for 4 months, tha was 8 1/2 months ago, compared to when I stopped and now, it's black and white. I've still got a few kinks to work out.
To be honest, I thought I was so fried that I'd never be able to learn or so anything.. Seriously, I was EF YOU SEA KAY E DEE. Yesterday, I picked up a book to study for uni, bam, after about an hour I started to actually kick back into gear again, I thought I was DONE school wise, now I relise time heals all wounds, you might have a minor scar noticeable, but you won't be gushing blood, metaphorically speaking.
Now, I'm pretty close to what I was, I still get bouts of depression, anxiety and some sleepless nights, but I'm SO much better.
What helped me? STOP thinking about it, seriously, this is the HARDEST part.
EXERCISE and DIET are your BEST friend, no fucking joke. I can get into the real nitty gritty or it, but is rather not. Quick synopsis, it "heals" what you've "damaged", to a degree.
You might not feel like it, hell I didnt, but DO it. Eat really proper too, no quick carbs, or high glycemic index. Lots of fruits in the mornings, high protien and veggies in the evening. 3 solid meals a day, I gaurentee you you'll feel better in a few months if you stick to this routine religiously.
Multi vitamins, fish oil, curcumin and some piracetam wouldn't go astray either.
