haha, lol griff...c.diddy try a search egine and search for "spanish translator" and you'll get like a million pages where you can type your english in and it will translate for you...

This should work:
Deseo píldoras de gran alcance del dolor. Deseo el Viagra (o píldoras de la impotencia) y los Valiums.
You could probably just say "Necesito Viagra y Valium por favor" and they would understand what you meant.
Also... online translators are usually very inaccurate, and will probably make you sound stupid to any native-Spanish speakers.
