Opioids Need to switch Oxycontin 40mg to Mscontin or Opanas, Dose question help please

:?Hey guys, so my insurance is not covering oxycontin 40mg, but they do cover mscontin and opana.
I take one 40mg oxycontin at bedtime, but I have to switch it to Mscontin or Opanas.
What would equal the same as a 40mg oxycontin, an opana 40mg, 20mg, or an mscontin 30mg

I also take five 30mg roxycodone a day (150) monthly (prescribed) if that helps
The insurance compnay said to switch to Opana or Mscontin need to know the same dose and which is better. Im thinkin of mscontin 30mg or opana 40s or 20s
 
I switched from Oxy's to Opana ER and my doc told me that you only need half the Opana as the Oxy. I took MSContin years ago but I don't remember what the conversion rate is. BTW, that stuff is available online if you do some looking. Good Luck with the change.
