Opioids Need to know whever I should go to A&E

I have done a few different things today 100mg Zoloft[prescribed] in the morning.
Last 2 hour some coke and a lot of Dihydrocodeine and Morphine.

I feel real good, so fucking good in fact I think it may be masking something.
My neck feels weird and is really hurting and I feel like my head is going to explode, I haven't shot coke in 30mins so its not the I-feel-like-superman-my-head-is-going-to-explode-rush.

Am I just freaking out and being a bitch or do you think I should bite the bullet and go to get checked out?

*I have been feeling this for about 20mins.
*I also have a cold/flu type bug atm.
*Its like someone's crushing the sides of my neck.
*There is no redness on my neck but my vain is popping out.
*I am higher than I should be for my tolerance off these Opiates, approaching orgasmic.

Don't mix downers and uppers. It's a bad idea. Especially if your on prescription meds like Zoloft (isn't that an MAOI??)

^No, zoloft is an SSRI.

It sounds like you drank too much and took a shitty stimulant with it to me. I'll leave this open for now to see if this gets any useful responses but I'm not sure if we'll get much. If you're feeling better, OP let us know.

'A&E' in the UK is the same as 'ER' in the US. It stands for accident and emergency.

Nothing to do with the tv station.

I'm cool guys didn't go to the hospital, It stopped an half an hour later.
Me and my mate had the same Coke same thing happened to him he had a line and his neck hurt, he had palpitations and he kept passing out, so he flushed it.

I did a lot, I hate to think what would have happened if I did all of it on its own.
Trust me I ain't going to do Coke not for a long long time after this.

Be safe guys If only drugs were legal this shit wouldn't happen.

Sorry to hear you're having a bad experience. You should just be cautious and if things get too messed up, head to A&E...play it safe with your life, no question.
