I have been shooting 10 roxie 30s a day for at least a year. The other day i shot one and immediately after pulling out my arm caught fire and hurt tremendously. For 3 days i couldnt bend my arm and my vein from the crook of my elbow to my shoulder is hard! What have i done? Clogged my vein possibly and what action should i take? My arm hurts very little and a full range of motion is possible but the vein is still hard as a rock almost! Any advice will be appreciated.

Well I'm no doctor, but my best advice would be to go see one... If you wanna keep your arm at least. Has everybody lost their common sense these days?

Im no doctor but Id say go get checked out asap. If your still able to move it, then use it to drive your car, or pay a bus fee to get to the hospital or clinic. Best of luck to you

With all the research and stories/experiences with shooting pills, it clearly
Is not the way to go wether it's bio-availability or harm it causes. Many harmful/inactive fillers that are meant to be ingested orally and broken down/digested not to sit in the bloodstream. I'm not expert but it sounds like a clogged vein. Go to the ER now. Don't bother waiting for anymore replies.

pzoxic...a little civility here...ive been a serious addict for alot of years and dont need sarcasm or belittling...just some advice from someone with knowledge of why my vein is hard...i have full movement and no pain just a hard vein! what could be reason for this??? Will it go back to normal? If its clogged will it unclog...if it does unclog will it be safe for me? if it stays clogged will it be safe to ignore it? considering there is no pain and I will never bang a pill again?! Does anyone with a brain have any intelligent input???

My apologizies hustlin, that last part wasn't really aimed at you, nor was it meant to offend anyone. If I had to guess, it's probably all the extra "fillers" in the pill that's just sitting in your vein, clogging shit up. My best bet is to go to the ER, IMMEDIATELY! I wouldn't advise IVing anymore, just pop those damn things. And If you must, rail it. I don't think you should be shooting anything up anymore, sorry.

I can say with confidence that I will never run any pill ever again!!! Although I am a junkie and must stick with the H...just not in my right arm...Getting to a hospital is next to impossible for me...I really need someone with vein and anatomy knowledge to see this and tell me exactly whats going on! I mean it might not be clogged..But there is a reason its hard and spongy! If it IS clogged, can it unclog itself? If it does will it be safe for me to let it do that? Or is it poisonous or potentially fatal for the stagnant blood to flow back into the workings? I dont have any ideas about this...I have a vast array of knowledge regarding being a junkie! 7 years and countless readings anfd info gathering has taught me almost everything! I guess I knew a problem like this was coming just not so strange! An absess or something more common was expected!

I read this to my wife, who is an RN. She said it is probably phlebitis or Athero Sclerosis. She also said if your vein is clogged it is NOT ok to just hope it goes back to normal, and you need to see a DR immediately.

How to get to Hospital:

Step 1 - Pick up phone
Step 2 - Call Ambulance
Step 3 - Wait

I love it when people post on here with titles saying something as serious and crazy as "quick before I lose my arm please!".. I've said this before, If you need to write something like that in your subject line.. than you shouldn't be posting on BL..you should be going to the hospital. Your case is no different, friend.. we can't give you the kind of help you need over the internet.

Dear god, i'm not even going to bring up the dangers of booting pills because you already know. But you know as well as the rest of us that you need medical attention asap so stop wasting time on BL and start working out a way to get to a Dr.

Scothc...is there any reason or explanation for this other than the ones already listed? Anything it might possibly be other than a clogged vein? like i said the first 3 days my whole arm hurt bad and couldnt bend or straighten my arm out...but now there is zero pain and i have a full range of motion..i dont even know its there unless i touch and feel iti? i live in the mountains..my nearest neighbor is 20 miles away...the nearest hospital is about 200 miles away and i have no wheels until Monday. So regardless i have to wait until Monday to do anything. your advice is appreciated!

you need to call 911 and wait for the ambulance to take you to the ER don't ask for our advise if you're not gonna take it and be stubborn as hell waiting to possibly die

I have no idea how this slipped under the radar. It really is a matter of common sense.

Absolutely not, call 9-1-1 immediately you need to seek medical attention.
