I just moved to South Carolina from Philly, where we had a fre needle exchange... According to a website I just found, there are ni exchanges here in SC... What do I do? I would rather purchase from a pharmacy so that I don't have to worry about a suspicious package showing up at my door...

Is it legal in SC to purchase diabetic needles without a prescription? If so, where so I go and what is the best way to Oprah something like this...

I don't know about SC but you can buy them OTC in NC. Depending on how close you are to the border that might work. Otherwise just google search.

You can buy them from a pharmacy (it is state law; you live in South Carolina, I don't, so do some research). Having it shipped to your door is the absolute fool-proof way to get them.
