Why am I here?

There was one of a year or two ago, I think by PhreeX that I simply can't find. Now either I'm too blind to have used the search function properly for that last hour and a half, or it has indeed been taken down, for whatever reason.

If it has something to do with a tragedy linked to its teaching, I think the more important matter is that a cranky cokehead is about to go about his own vague assumptions of the process in getting high again.

ok, I'm done being a biatch ;)

If someone could link this or another respectable guide, it would save me a lot of trouble...

Cheers

In the cold dissolve, do I basically drop everything in for a few minutes and the coke will fully dissolve given a certain time on it's own? Or is this an active stirring disolve process? Furthermore, will the cuts that don't fully dissolve be somewhat visible - or will the whole thing look like a pure milky solution to the naked eye?

Last thing I need to know for mixing a proper water/coke ratio. For my first time, how does a full (insulin) syringe carrying about half the coke I do in a regular line sound?

Like forgotten said, stir it a little bit, for the most part it will dissolve on contact, any remaining pieces that do not will shortly after you begin to stir. For the most part in my experience the cuts have always pretty much dissolved for me with the coke, although the solution created was relatively clear, not a milky look at all actually, but I imagine certain cuts can affect the color.

As far as the amount of water to use, I try to use the least amount required as possible, and here is the reason. The more concentrated your solution is, the quicker you can get it in your vein upon injection (you will probably want to inject at a slower pace than usual as there can be some slight burning sensations if you go too fast) thus the faster it will hit you, it's kinda like comparing it to having a morphine drop IV hooked up rather than just getting the straight shot...haha, not really, it's not that much a difference really. But also keep in mind that with a more concentrated solution it will be stronger (so you may run the potential for that burning feeling a little more)...but the burning is rarely an issue in most cases, it's more likely when iv-ing from coke that was dissolved from a rock using something acidic (citric acid, vinegar, etc.).

Regarding how much you should do...I know the general rule with IV-ing is "half of what you snort" but I would be cautious IV-ing coke, it is an amazing and INTENSE experience, especially when you get more experienced and can gauge larger doses more accurately. Personally if it is your first time I'd use much less than half a normal line, although this is all subjective as everyone's lines vary. But you might as well be safe than sorry, especially since I can guarantee that you're going to do another shot once you find out what IV coke is about and you say, "ok so why do people snort this shit again?"

Good luck man, be safe with all this...oh, and post back to let us know how it went (and that you did a safe amount)...I'm very curious to hear how you liked it, cuz you got me ready to do some now, but I was just trying to wait a while longer, I'd say the time it took me to write this was sufficient, hehe.

*Sigh*

Well I went ultra safe... was prepped for a full syringe to equal half a line, but only used half a shot of that. I don't think I got the vein properly, which is extremely embarassing. The huge vein I chose has now receded and isn't visible without straining, and there is a puffy little pocket surrounding the IV point - which I assume is the solution simply under my skin? No real bleeding or anything, just a yellowish red puffy irritation spot

for whatever reason, they deleted the guide from the archives as well. fortunatley, i expected that to happen when i pointed out that it was still there, and saved it. its a damn good guide, so i can email you a copy when i get home, monday night, if you still want it

Thanks

I would love if you could send me that

The second attempt went well I believe, I definitely got something out of it... BUT, it is a little puffy and itchy around the IV spot now. The first IV spot has soothed down a bit and there's just a bit of a bruise... but the vein is not clearly visible anymore.

Although I'm not in any sort of pain, worry that I'm missing something and am risking serious damage is enough to stop for tonight.

...and it sounds stupid even to me to mess up at all, but I'm finding it a little difficult to steady the needle while drawing blood.. could be poking through with even the slightest shake and not know it?

Ok, regarding your current concerns...the bump/mark you described sounds like you missed/slipped out of your vein. I wouldn't be super concerned about this, especially since you have no pain associated with it (but definitely keep an eye on it). Actually if it's more of a raised portion (like barely raised, a millimeter or so) then it's probably a result of pullling the needle back OUT, and a little bit of the solution escaped, along with the blood that was pulled out of the vein at the same time, it usually causes this. Bruising can occur from a successful shot as well, try to apply pressure and elevate the site for a few minutes if you can right after. Unfortunately bruising usually takes a good week to disappear significantly...but you're aware of the risks going into it i'm sure.

As far as missing and causing serious damage...I would say it's probably not significantly higher than with other IV drugs, and i've missed quite a few times since i started using without long-lasting problems...but that doesn't mean it's not a risk, or something you should brush off. If anything, it's good that you're on here trying to aquire such knowledge to help avoid potential major fuck ups...and that you admit your mistakes to get more advice...it will save you in the long run. Oh, just curious is there anyone that can help you out that has experience? It would be 100 times easier to witness first hand someone showing you what to do.

As far as the high...if you do it successfully you should get something you normal don't get (cuz of the rush), which many call "audio effects" where everything you hear has a "sound like it's bouncing outta a big tin can" very similar to nitrous actually...good luck, post again with an update!

Well, temptation took over and I must say I've just had the most aggravating hour of my entire life. Since the first two shots, I've tried a good 15 times changing 6 needles, and haven't been able to even draw blood once. The needle simply draws air every time now, and aside from the two earlier bruises I now have 15 stupid little blood pinpricks dotting my arms.

Realistically speaking, I should have been switching the needles after every fail, correct? Furthermore, when switching up to a new needle I have been returning the unused solution to the source and redrawing... there indeed is a little bit of blood in the coke source now - should I throw it out? If blood hadn't contaminated it, how long can it sit around to still be safely considered for use?

G'night for now...

Who am I kidding...

Wow.

Well, I guess all I need to know for now is how to salvage the gram sitting contaminated with blood

Very nice... thanks again for the help in making this safe :)

Ehm, well safety is relative I guess.

I've heard that you should never leave a amphetamine solution out more than an hour or two without using it, I would assume the same applies to coke but I'm not 100% sure.

Anyone know why people say that anyway?

Hmm...I've actually never heard that before, in specific regards to amphetamine iv's. I've heard that leaving a prepped rig out for an extended time (like 6 hours+) that it may start to solidify and you'll have chunks in the rig...that's the only possibility I can imagine, but again who knows if this idea of not leaving it out for a long time is even true...hopefully someone can provide a solid answer.

If you re-use the same needle over and over agin when you're trying to hit a vein, the needle dulls each time. After one use the needle is blunted. This will increase bruising and damage to your veins.

Here's a thread from Health concerning the storage of gear with blood in it.

Here's a thread on finding veins. Should give you some tips on ways of getting up difficult veins.

Search here and heath, because there are some very useful threads on injecting around :)

I'll later put an eternal apology for my poor success with the search function as a sig, but...

An arm I just injected into is numb all along one of the veins. What might I have done?

If your arm is numb you probably missed the vein. That is very common with cocaine. Usually if you hit, it never seems to numb the vein (not my vein anyway).
In regard to hitting a vein and drawing blood, you should plan the angle of insertion so you can follow the vein until the needle is buried all the way to the plastic. This can help to avoid slips. For example use a large surface vein and slide it in at like a 90 degree angle......PS you dont have a friend who can do it for you, even if he inst experienced its always easier to hit someone elses vein

Well I'm now guessing the vein had contracted from the coke (as is possible), it is a very thin one. I can still push it out by straining, but the numbness along the whole thing suggests it might have contracted beyond ability to move blood?

Numbness has dissapeared

Aside... I learned tonight how much easier it is when the needle is inserted full depth. Can't imagine using one of the long ones?

(but again, it's time to quit. These constant mishaps are warning enough for the bigger ones)

Well Thurdgood et all... if you're still interested in my experience with this:

The first night that you directed me with went so-so, as I already explained. When I first "got it" and pushed in, the euphoria was really nice and I was glad to have finally done it right. After that I got the same effect for each shot pretty much... but I'd always get a little bit of a numb lump or bruise, suggestion a good portion of the solution was leaking

So upon the second night... I loaded up with about a third the regular to adjust tolerance, and shot. I used the thickest vein possible and as I pushed in felt I had done it absolutely right - which was great. So with my increased euphoria and sense of "accomplishment", I walked over to the computer and sat down happily... when BAM

I didn't expect anything higher than the first day, but this was absolutely surreal (and I now realize what you meant of the audio effects). The music started to take on a surreal, deafening quality - and seemed to speed up and become louder in an ever so confident manner (although I knew it wasn't). It took the presence of the room entirely, and the euphoria and absolute shock was overwhelming. All I could think was "Oh my God. I did not expect THIS"

I sat typing madly on any messageboard or convo I could find for a good 20 minutes - when all of the sudden, it was gone.

So yeah... the wonder of why people even snort this isn't a surprise. COMPLETELY different high, and a little too good to be safe (at least for me)

Cheers
