need suggestions on a stack

Hi, im 21 and stopped working out for the past year, before that it was 3 years of 6 days of lifting. i am 165lbs and 6'3, i am a very hard gainer i would get stronger but not really put on the mass gains i wanted. finally i realized that evan thought i ate a lot i had to double my food intake to get big. So 4 moths of that i jumped to my biggest yet wich was 190 and basicly 2% body fat then once i was there i friend of mine on a d1 ****** team gave me a cycle of dianabol "i knew nothing of it till way after the cycle was done" i took it and in that month i hit 205 and was very happy but as soon as i started to take the pct nolvadex and clomid i quickly lost alot of my gains ya alot of it was water weight but still i was only a little bigger than where i started naturally. SOOOO long story short i need to get my shit together for the summer i have been back in the gym for a few months and i need a little boost that will last. thanks if any one can help me i neeeeed it. i hope im aloud to ask this here as long as i dont ask where.
 
i basicly need like a grocery list of what i need top to bottem and what order i have to take them in
 
At 6'3 165 lbs you shouldnt even be thinking about running a cycle dude. At that weight you could easily slap on so much natural mass still. Plus you have muscle memory to assist you if you were at one point big like you say.

It doesnt sound like you are at all ready to run anything man. You were not 190 lbs at 2% bf. 2% bf is the minimum amount your organs need to function to keep you alive. Even if you COULD get down that low it isn't anything you could hold onto for more than a couple hours.

Also the fact that you ran a dbol only 4 week cycle for your first run shows you need to research more. The mass you gained was surely 90% water and what ever wasn't would have been lost during PCT.

Just start eating and hit the gym, using aas now would only be a waste.

Just wanted to add that if you are a hard gainer hitting the gym 6 times a week is a great way to halt your gains.

Maybe try some HGH? Seems safer than another cycle, especially for someone still pretty young that has the potential for alot of natural mass.

He should try eating and working out. He's 6'3 165 lbs. HGH would be an epic waste.

OP get up to at least 190 then just run some basic test e at 500 mg/w

Agree that he should steer clear of the AAS. but lets be real here...People are going to do and consume whatever it tkaes to achieve the physique that they desire...

I recommend:

-500mgs/week of Test enanthate or cypionate
-4 weeks of dianobol at 40-60mgs or whatever dose you feel comfortable with


pct-clomid for a month

Yea i dunno. I saw one of my friends get massive using HGH in high school. He was already pretty big (6'2, 200 lb) and once he started to use that stuff (recommended by his trainer) he exploded even moar. He never touched anything else though to my knowledge.
 
165lbs at 6'3'' = NO ASS! He should hit 200lbs at least naturally before even considering AAS. And 21 is too young IMHO for HGH.

Ya, I wasn't being serious about 2 percent body fat I was just trying to say I had no visabal body fat at all, and yes I'm planning on starting the cycle once I get back to 190 but that will only take me 2 months of doubling my calorie intake, once I hit 190 I pretty much have peaked naturally, and thanks for the sugestions but I am going to do the cycle regarless so ied love some more info on what exactly I should take pct included
 
I was not being serious about 2 percent body fat, I was just saying I never had any visabal body fat, I don't plan to start my cycle till I'm back at 190 wich is my natual peak right now, I a apriciate the suggestions, but I am going to do a cycle so if I could get some more suggestions on a cycle I would like that thank you.
 
Well...if you put it that way, this might suit you...

500mg test e ew 1-12
20-30mg dbol ed 1-5

Run and AI and HCG along side your cycle. Add some proviron too if you can.

Run clomid for PCT on week 15 for a month. (200mg day one and two....100/100/50/50) Or something close along these lines. No nolva! :)

Maybe anadrol over dbol if you dont mind packing on loadsa water (if pure mass is your thing) or Turinabol if you want smaller gains but more high quality. Dbol is your best middle ground (and is also cheap as chips).

Im suprised HGH had much of an effect. Usually you have to be doing 5iu+ a day to see dramatic size increases and even then its more apparent with older guys.

And don't be hating on the nolva Vic ;)

I have to! lol I use tren in every one of my cycles...be it cut or bulk. You can't....well, you shouldn't run tren with nolva. Or any other 19nor for that matter (deca).

Now with the proper use of an AI during your cycle, I don't see the need for one to ever have to use it. Yes, it does work...but it takes a toll on ya. The only reason why I have nolva in my arsenal is in case of an emergency (gyno break out). My personal friends who train with me also avoid it like the plague. It's outdated. There are far too many better options, IMHO. :)

Given my hairline I generally stay away from 19nor stuff... However I still need a SERM to use and Clomid gives me pretty horrific acne (which finasteride doesn't help either).

So would you be suggesting Torm or Ralox (or Clomid + accutane- which seems far harsher than the nolva). I'm just a lil cautious of the newer SERMs due to them being rather new (and not hugely well documented for our purposes).

I have the opposite reaction, the only 1 time I got a small case of gyno (post cycle) of backne is when I used nolva for my PCT instead of clomid. I've found that's it's best to taper the clomid dose down to 50mg before stopping after a month (100,100,50,50). The stuff is harsh.

I have had great success while running adex and proviron along side my cycles (& hcg). I wan't to give aromasin a try for my next run, all my friends praise it. I just never deviated from the Adex since it's always worked well for me. Are you sure it was the clomid that gave you the acne?

Could have been from the androgens not clearing quickly from my system post cycle or the Tribulus product I was using alongside the clomid. Im back running Clomid at the mo (3.5-days in) so I'll see how my back looks at the end of the week and try and work out whether or not it was that.

I seem to bounce back pretty quick after cycles so I always shoot low with my dosages. 100 for the first 4/5 days then down to 50 for the next couple of weeks and 25 for the last week and a half.
 
I used Really low doses with the clomid...35mgs for week 1, then 25mgs, then 15, then taper to 0
