Has been on suboxone for a very long time now. Currently he's taking around 8-10 mg a day. This morning he found an old bag that once had H in it but now just had some dust still coting the inside. He IVed it in a unit of water, doesn't think he felt anything from it, and wants to know if he should go ahead and take his meds for the day or wait (Doesn't want any precipitated withdrawal). He's gone off and back on suboxone before because of having to take vicodin for really bad toothaches. In those cases he definitely felt the vicodin and knew he was on something. In those cases he waited quite some time before resuming his suboxone. He now wishes he never found the dusty little bag that didn't even seem to do anything. Should he wait till he's yawning and pissing tears before taking his next dose of suboxone?
