Whats good peeps. Ya so I had a pretty good roll despite being on lithium and invega I rolled for a pretty long time. It seems though like the invega blocks some empathy and dulls the perception and musical enhancment u get from a roll as does the lithium, so u have to take more.Although there wasnt much enhancment in visual and audio perception there was still a lot of empathy, and overall I was pleased. For my next roll in the spring I will come off my meds in order to get the full effects of the roll and not have to take so much. I have some concerns though. Jaw clenching. I do not mind so much the clenching part as it is not that severe, but what I do mind is my bottom jaw pushing out which just looks really weird. My question is how do I prevent this? Do I just chew gum or will magnesium help this? And if so how much magnesium and what specific brand or type? Also although this was virtually non existant in my most recent roll I noticed one time when I looked in the mirror for a long time my eye started to move inward a little it was quite disturbing and I wouldnt want to be out and about looking like that. My honest theory on this is that these symptoms came about because I took much more then I would if I wasnt on meds, and that they will be greatly reduced by temporarily coming of the meds and taking less mdma. But I would like ur thoughts and opinions on this. It also should be noted that my last roll before this one was 10 1/2 months ago, and my next roll will not be till april-mayish so spacing rolls out is not really an issue for me.Feel free to give some feedback.

Well I see that paliperidone is used mainly in patients with schizophrenia/bipolar mania so going off of it isn't the best idea and MDMA is known to make mental disorders worse or bring symptoms to light in those who do not have them. Be careful, not worth loosing it over a buzz. Beside this I've heard other people say Mg helps with trisma but it didn't do anything when I tried it. When I take 150mg or less to start it usually never gets all that bad though. Gum is always good=D
