Ok so this is about my pet gorilla named Sam. Sam has no tolerance to xanax or any other pills. Sam acquired some 2mg xanax bars (the ones that break into 4 pieces). For his first time, because he is very careful when it comes to any drug, Sam decided to take half a bar (1mg), see how he felt, and if it wasn't enough have one beer. Sam took the half, and about 30 minutes later experienced some effects, nothing overly strong though. Then Sam drank the beer about an hour later. Now Sam had a somewhat drunk feeling. Sam for some reason went against his initial plan and took another half about 20 minutes after drinking the beer. Sam then walked around the neighborhood smoking weed (something he wouldn't do sober) Sam then started drinking a four loko (12 percent alcohol, 24 ounces, a very strong drink by itself) He then drank about half the drink, and took another half of a bar. So Sam had 3mg by now. He went out and walked while smoking weed again. Sam must have finished the four loko because it was near empty in the morning. This all took place over 4-6 hours from the first bar to sleep. Sam remembers parts of the night in some detail, and does not remember feeling like he was going to die or overdose or anything like that. Sam remembers feeling good at one point, but not if the whole trip felt good. Sam's internet history shows he was up around 4:30 am (the whole thing started around 11 PM) From what's on the internet, this seems like it should have caused an overdose or pass out or something, or at least not remembering any of it in the morning. Is Sam ok? Did he do any permanent damage? Was he close to dying? This really worries him because he does not do drugs very much.

lol typical xanax and alcohol experience. you are completley fine no permanent damage, but xanax does impair your judgement when taken in excess. i have been up to 7mg and drinking hard liquor. its not recomended tho. just dont drink to much on xanax or take to much xanax while drinking and you shouldnt have any risks.
Dont mix benzos and alcohol. Im not going to speculate about your health concerns.
I will tell you that most of us have done the same and been OK, this in no way makes it safe.
Its always a good idea to have someone else hold your benzos when you are inexperienced and dont know what the high is. I cant remember how many times ai bladked out on xanax and woke up finding that I had eaten all of them.

Oh ok sorry lol. I just think it's so weird that I didn't really black out. Do you think I could have died with 3 mg and a four loko? (equal to about 6 drinks)? Or do you think the reason nothing bad happened is because I spread the doses out a bit?

Man I never cross .5-1mg Xanax when I'm drinking and even without the booze because it's unforgiving AF

If you remember some parts of the night and not others then you did kinda black out.But 3mg of xanax(especially spread out doses like you did),1 beer and 1 Loko,nah,you weren't in the danger zone as far as over dose but you could have been in danger of making some not too smart decisions that could have landed you in jail (like walking around the neighborhood in the middle of the night smoking weed)or caused you to injur yourself if 3mg and a little bit of alcohol affects you like that.If I'm gonna take a partying,get fucked up dose of xanax(especially if drinking with it)I make sure I've got eveything I need like cigarettes,drugs,booze etc...and shut myself in my house.I don't leave for any reason the whole night.Xanax and alcohol both have a tendency to make you say "fuck it" and do stupid shit you won't even remember the next day.Always best to not wake up in jail.One of the worst case scenarios would be drinking on xanax and trying to drive.
