Need some help with stimulants any advice welcome

OK everyone I.. have focalin, adderall, Vyvance in possession was unable to sleep last night and have ingested 60 mg of adderall in the last 2 hr it doesn't seem to be helping what does anyone suggest taking of stims listed above to be productive at work this afternoon, no real tolerance to stem. Also ingested 90mg Roxy (high tolerance)

You may have already amped your body out if you got no sleep. I would suggest to go to bed and let your brain reset itself. If you are unable to do that because of work than just take a break really.
