Need some help with a Bankart Tear!!

Hey all after too many years of dirtbikes and the military, I have developed a Bankart Tear and was wondering if anyone has any tips or stretches that can help the pain while I wait for surgery.

Interesting... I've never heard of this, but I think I have this too. I dislocated my shoulder playing baseball in middle school and I've done it many times over playing golf and baseball-- my doctor told me it couldn't be fixed and suggested physical therapy, but I didn't do it... Any further information on this would be interesting

Yeah neither have I until a couple weeks ago, does your arm still feel weak like it wants to fall out at any time?

From what I've heard you can have the ligiments and tendons repaired by surgery, it's just so painful and I can't go to the Dr. quite yet.
