Bupe need some help right now, with the end of a short experience, help right now.

I have been on sub for 1.5 months @ 16mg a day, no Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and very little today, ill post details below. Monday I did take 16mg, however through these days, Tues,w,Th and even today, Friday. I never felt high, I didn't feel sick at all but didn't have any high really, I have to think about it if I did and if I am doing that then it is probably placebo effect, just imagining it but I didn't have the effects the typical effects and I was taking large doses of opiates so the sub with its very long half life, was still blocking it, today as well, I didn't feel high, nothing at all but didn't feel sick.


during these days,

(2) 50mcg fent paches, the non gel, and would cut strips, which lasted tues, w, and thursday.

2-300mg hydro/oxycodone and some morphine sulfate during those days, I don't remember exact amounts at a time but they were around 30-60mg hydro/oxy, 90-120mg morphine sulfate at a time, which no high from, sub must be a decent amount in my system.
Fent patch strips, I know they are very strong, even when I had a high tolerance, these would be the only things at the times to actually get me really high, but during these days, nothing really but a mild high but nothing like nodding and feeling a rush, just mild. so that might be a good thing, that the SUB is in my system still and taking more, not sure what is wise to do, start very small, see what happens and continue if nothing weird happens.

Today I know exactly what I have taken.

15mg oxycodone 7AM with a 60mg morphine sulfate
NO high really, my body has aches still and right now, normal body aches that I just have. earlier when I had taken this dose, it didn't do much for the pain at all, so I hope that was because the sub blocked it so that

Even though I have not taken sub since Monday, I should be fine taking it tonight, Right... I really need to know before I try it, and I have the 8mg tablets, 3 of them, and my new script of films which I have not tried yet. I was thinking taking the tablets, so I take small pieces of it and see how I feel.

I did it before, had taken a 2.5day break, 2 50mcg fent patches during those days and then continued the sub and started slow like I said above and I didn't get precip wd, so this is kinda the same, also I wasn't getting high this time either.

I don't feel sick right now, anxiety is high. I could wait, BUT the longer I wait the sub will leave my system. I believe I have a decent effective amount still in my system, I didn't feel high today so that leads me to think this.

I may still be in the window to still take sub, not to take 16mg at once, but more so 2mg and see how I feel, but I do not want precip wd from that and be screwed. can taking a small dose still cause really crazy problems. Really I am going to need to take a large dose when I do start taking it again, not at once but slowly increasing the dose by the hour or something until I reach 16-24mg if needed.

I don't know, I just know that the sub will help with the little pain I have now and clear my head like it usually does, I may have taken that opiate earlier but it is not one bit effective currently and wasn't really earlier.


sorry, I was just wanting very badly to take tonight. even a very small dose, 1.5-2mg bupe may and will put me into precip w/d, extreme sweating a few minutes after taking.

thanks for the info, makes sense but I strongly believe I have bupe in my system, wouldn't I feel the opiate high @ a large dose 4 days later, I didn't..

However I have gone into precip w.d in the past, 7 days no bupe, only waiting 15 hours or so after my last dose. I messed up and had taken the 16mg all at once.

Since the last time you took bupe was 4 days ago it is probably no longer affecting you. I would think the reason you didn't get high off of the opiates you have been taking the last few days is because they were just providing relief from withdrawal in lieu of your usual bupe. You should wait until you are feeling pretty bad before restarting the bupe in order to avoid precipitated withdrawal.

The reason you didn't go through precipitated withdrawal last time was because of the shorter time period and the short duration of action of fentanyl.

Its likely the other opioids you took, rather than the suboxone, that is preventing you from going into withdrawals. You'll need to wait until the full agonists are out of your system before resuming suboxone. You really need to wait until you start feeling withdrawal symptoms before resuming suboxone after taking full agonists to prevent precipitated withdrawals.
