I rarely post here because my love life has for the most part been non-existant, which is also part of the reason I'm asking for advice.
I've been travelling through Europe for 4 1/2 months and I recently met a gorgeous Hungarian girl who works at the bar at the hostel I'm staying at. We chatted for a couple of hours every night and eventually went out together to a club to meet some of her friends.
I had a flight the next day to leave for Romania and so everything got quite emotional, she pushed me away and said she wants to be with me but I'm leaving; it's so rare that I meet someone like this and so I missed my flight for her. We made out in the club and then went back to a hotel and made love, I got her number and met up with her the next night.
We had dinner and drinks together, laughed and talked.. there were a few awkward moments of silence but I think it went well.
The problem is, she is quite reserved and distant. I'm an extremely affectionate and sensitive person, so I'm been careful not to come on to strong.. but because she comes across so closed I'm having a hard time connecting with her..
I'm worried I won't be able to hold her attention, run out of things to talk about and then there's the whole situation of me travelling in a foreign country. Maybe I'm in way over my head, she seems so beyond my league, even the way she dress's.
I've opened up in the past and been crushed so I'm treading carefully here, I could potentially work here as i have a European union passport but yeah i don't know..
How do I approach someone who is naturally more reserved? I want to be affectionate but I can tell she's very independent so I don't want to come across as to clingy. It's also hard for me to read how she feels.. maybe I will just have to be very direct?
It's also made more difficult that I don't know the country or the language and thus I have no idea where to take her.
If I can get her to open up more, I think it will be a lot smoother but for now I feel like I'm on the edge of the walking plank lol
Sorry for the looong post, my mind is in overdrive.
