Apologies if this has been covered already, but the search function didn't yield much.

Basically, this is my predicament: Did 40mg oxycodone Saturday/Sunday morning. Am randomly drug tested monday, wednesday and thursday as part of a program. I have read that detection is only 3-4 days, and as such I have cancelled my monday and wednesday meetings just in case of a test. However I feel it's too suspicious to just cut out a week of the program and want to attend thursday.
So, on one hand, I'm trying to determine the likelihood that there will be a random test, or that I will have to do one on thursday. You all can probably not help me with this, however I can say I have only seen it happen once in two weeks, and I was not in that group. This is what makes me think another one will come up this week and I will be.
What I'm really trying to figure out is how to be on the safe side of things. Most of what I have read recommends dilution, but most of that is for the day of to fool a test. Rather than put it on one day, I am wondering if pounding gallons of water in the days ahead will help remove the hydromorphone from my system.
Thanks for any info you can provide me. I'm very hesitant to just go out and buy a product for this. I also understand this isn't really ethical. I broke my sobriety and I feel absolutely horrible about it, I hated the opiate experience and it reaffirmed why I stopped them entirely. I just want to make sure this slip up isn't going to complicate my life further. Thanks everyone

I dunno why you are in a program if its not for court then just be honest relapse is a part of addiction dont beat yourself up over it. When I was in IOP I missed a day and got UAd the next time I was there they said it was standard procedure. Drug testing questions arent allowed sorry.
