i have an opiate tolerance .. i can snort 200mg morphine at once and be good. with vicodin i have to take 100mg at a time (10 of the 10/325) to feel anything and i usually end up dosing that twice in one day. I got ahold of a 12mcg/hr fentanyl patch. how do i get the most out of it?

Does the patch have gel inside or is it the new clear patches?
